Clinic setup
The things you set up once and change rarely: your clinic's details, team, branches, departments and rooms, and lab tests.

Branches
Patients and their records are shared by all branches. Each branch has its own appointments and queue, invoices and cash count, expenses, pharmacy stock, departments and rooms, and lab worklist. Choose the branch you're working in at the top of the screen.

Language sets voice input, the widgets' translation and the default for new lessons and leaflets. Answers follow the language you ask in. The AI model is the one that answers when you chat with the AI.
Super admin
Organisations, quota catalogs, and extra credits. Core commercial holds licensed seats, plans, and invoices.
Overview
Passages: how many book passages the AI reads before answering (more = fuller answers, a little slower; 8 suits most questions). Leave the greeting empty for the standard one.

Prices are US dollars per month after the 14-day trial. To upgrade or change your plan, contact the Dorpus team. Your documents and settings stay as they are.

Send this link to them (WhatsApp or email). It works once and expires in 7 days.
Add a staff member
Creates their login straight away. You get a one-time link for them to choose their password; then they sign in with their email and see only the screens their clinic role allows.
Only the owner or admins can invite or remove people.
Clinic staff
Each person's role decides what they can do (see Roles & permissions). Doctors write and sign consultations and prescriptions; the name, speciality and registration no. are printed on prescriptions.
Roles & permissions
Change what each role can do, or add your own (Accountant, Lab in-charge, Senior nurse…). Everyone with a role gets its permissions straight away.

Arabic text and translations from quran.com's Quran Foundation API, downloaded through their Content Sync API and re-synced automatically every 6 days, as their terms require for stored text. Translations are set with QURAN_TRANSLATIONS in .env.
Drug labels (openFDA) — Clinic app
US FDA prescription drug labels (public domain) for clinic staff: the newest label for each of the most common medicines, indexed by section. Refreshed monthly. Never shown on patients' receptionist pages.
Hadith collections
Downloads the chosen collections with the Arabic text and English, Urdu and Bangla translations, then indexes them here. Search then runs on Dorpus's own copy; only the answering model (if it's an online one) is called over the internet. A stopped download resumes where it left off.

Put PDFs in books/, then ingest. No upload UI in v1.
